Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 Shipping anywhere in the US:

We ship to any state in the US. Products are shipped through UPS. While shipping times vary, we expect customers to receive their shipment within 3 to 7 business days. During Holidays, expect delays as shipping typically increases across the nation during these times. 

 If you still have yet to receive your shipment on the 10th business day from when you placed your order, please contact us at atelier@sutulov.online

 

International Shipping: 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sutulov.online is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. If you are ordering from outside of the US, your shipment may take 8-20 business days.

 If you still have yet to receive your shipment on the 20th business day from when you placed your order, please contact us at atelier@sutulov.online with your name and order number and we will check on the status of your order.

 

Tracking your shipment:

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will only include a tracking number if you upgraded shipping. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 11 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at atelier@sutulov.online with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
